The firms, recognized for their efforts in fostering Service Quality to their clients, were honored by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) 3 or Regional Wage Board.

DOLE Regional Director Atty. Ana Dione said that the SQ Seal of Recognition is given to firms which successfully implemented and sustained the SQ Productivity Improvement Program (SQ-PIP).

“We are hopeful that the triumph of our awardees will serve as a benchmark for other firms to follow in the implementation of SQ-PIP initiatives towards customer satisfaction.”

Dione, who chairs the Regional Wage Board, reported to Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III that some 21 company representatives of the 8 awardee-firms were in attendance.
