The Regional Search for Best PESO is an annual activity of the Department that gives recognition to PESOs that best implemented DOLE-initiated employment facilitation programs. It is one of the highlights of the annual PESO YEPA which was conducted at Royce Hotel, Clark this year.

For the year 2019, PESOs of Tarlac placed first on both 1st-2nd class province category and the component city category for Tarlac City. PESO Lubao in Pampanga excelled in the 1st-2nd  class municipality while Llanera PESO of Nueva Ecija won in the 3rd-4th class municipality.

Before the awarding concluded, Campita thanked all PESOs for their contribution to the accomplishment of all targets for year 2019. “Each of us has a different thinking, but we should continually move in one direction. Remember that the blood of employment service is your labor market information, so we should, by all means, improve documentation on all our programs,” Campita noted.
