The said launching of the 2021 Regional Productivity Olympics was held simultaneous to a virtual webinar on work ethics and productivity on April 30, 2021

DOLE Regional Director Geraldine M. Panlilio, Chairperson of RTWPB Central Luzon, was the keynote speaker during the webinar. She highlighted the importance of possessing work ethics for the attainment of organizational targets and urged jobseekers as well as employees to be more proactive and maintain a positive attitude and good work ethics at work.

“Good work ethics is very important for the company to achieve the level of productivity it needs to be successful,” RD Panlilio explained, emphasizing the value of a productive workforce as one of the leading factors towards success. “If we improve and develop ourselves, there is no reason for us not to bounce back better for a better Philippines,” she said.
