RTIPC, PAR-3 members receive health kits from DOLE


City of San Fernando, PAMPANGA, January 25, 2022 - The Department and Labor and Employment Regional Office No. III distributes health kits and other goods to its “partners” in the Regional Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (RTIPC) and Paralegal Association of Region III (PAR-3). 

According to Regional Director Geraldine M. Panlilio, 65 RTIPC members received their health kits from the Department as ‘a little token of gratitude for their unwavering support’. “It is a small gesture to recognize them as being forerunners in their fields and organizations. Both RTIPC and PAR-3 provide a venue for us to discuss and resolve labor and employment issues and concerns especially concerning the ongoing pandemic,” Panlilio mentioned.

Meanwhile, the two-day Developmental Webinar and General Assembly of the PAR-III was held on December 16-17, 2021 at DOLE Regional Office No. III, Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Among the topics covered during the activity are petition for certification election (PCE) and sole and exclusive bargaining agent (SEBA) comparative, dispute resolution, and latest labor law jurisprudence. President Jesus Evaristo of PAR-3, together with his officers, were also retained as still the organization’s set of officers.

PAR-III member-unions who participated during the said activity were also provided with health kits, notebooks, flash drive, jotter pen, and individual gift pack. 

The health kits provided to RTIPC members include an oximeter, thermometer, a box of vitamin C, and a wrist electronic blood pressure monitor.
